  1. Hi Michelle!

I have been reading your blogs for a while now. I must tell you I love the way you write. Very easy to read and entertaining! And the idea of the snack trays…super! I tried it and both my kids loved it.

Happy Holidays to you and your family!

  2. Hello Michelle,

I am writing you about the the chocolate tarts you make. It tastes very good but it is so heavy. I would suggest to replace the coconut butter with the water and meat of a young thai coconut. I am aware that it is more work for you. I watched on google how to open a thai coconut. The video I saw was from a young lady who had the camera in one hand and used the other one to break the coconut.

  3. HI Michelle,
I added you to my new blog (well new to the public and wordpress) as “blogs I like.” It is great to find like-minded mom’s out there trying to give their kids and family the best nutrition they can. Take care and I look forward to reading more of your blog!

  4. Hi Michelle,

I’ve been reading and enjoying your blog since before the holidays 2011. As I just started to learn how to cook, I wish you offer cooking lessons and grocery shopping tag alongs once in a while..

I’ve also recently noticed aloe vera drinks popping up @ costco and such, and I am curious to find out what your thoughts on that. Thanks a lot!

  5. Hi Michelle, I am in love with the idea of making my own almond milk and just had a quick question about the pulp that is left over. Do you think it is feasible to use the pulp for making at home “larabars”? May be a silly question but I am really just starting to branch out into vegan cooking. Thanks~Keli

  6. Michelle,
wow, I used to drink Kambucha like back in the 70’s when I lived in San Francisco,

I am a Nutritionist, and make healthy dog treats,

    thanks,
